Next fashion brand’s Indian rights are acquired by Myntra.

Next, Bengaluru-based retailer Myntra acquired the India distribution rights of a fashion firm based in the United Kingdom.

As per the agreement, Myntra is scheduled to open eight to 10 Next stores in major Indian cities, including as Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai, over the next two years. Myntra will also boost the brand’s online visibility, which will assist Next in boosting its online sales on the platform.

across a statement, Myntra CEO Nandita Sinha expressed her excitement about the collaboration, saying, “We are excited to strengthen our relationship with Next and strategically expand its omni-channel presence in the nation.” Our first year together has been fruitful in building Next online in India and establishing the appropriate product, audience, and price fit for the nation.

“We are immensely thrilled to be working with Myntra in one of the fastest-growing markets in the world and really look forward to seeing what can be accomplished together,” continued Next CEO Simon Wolfson.
