Hong Kong-conceived American vocalist Coco Lee passed on at 48 on Wednesday following a self destruction endeavor that left her in a trance like state, Lee’s two sisters, Ditty and Nancy Lee, said in a proclamation posted on Instagram and Facebook.
Lee passed on in Sovereign Mary Clinic in Hong Kong, where she had been residing.
“In spite of the fact that, Coco looked for proficient assistance and gave a valiant effort to battle melancholy, tragically that evil spirit within her took the better of her,” the assertion said.
In Lee’s latest Instagram post, dated Dec. 31, 2022, she shared a few pictures of herself, including tattoos of the words “love” and “confidence” as well as an image of what has all the earmarks of being a seepage sack taped to her body.
Coco Lee, born Ferren Lee-Kelly, is a Hong Kong-born American singer-songwriter and actress. She was born on January 17, 1975, in Hong Kong. Coco Lee is known for her versatile singing style, which includes pop, R&B, and Mandarin-language songs.
